Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are coming soon. When available, you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. If you ask us to start providing access immediately and acknowledge that you then lose the right of withdrawal once access is fully provided, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the period already used, as allowed by EU consumer law.
3. Refunds
If the Service does not work as described because of our fault, contact us within 14 days at [kontaktinis el. paštas] and we will fix it or refund you proportionally. Trading results are never a reason for a refund – the Service is not financial advice.
4. Access codes
Free or promotional codes have no monetary value and are not refundable.
Grąžinimo ir atšaukimo politika
1. Prenumeratos
Prenumeratos bus netrukus. Kai jos bus, atšaukti galėsite bet kada; prieiga galioja iki apmokėto laikotarpio pabaigos ir po to nebepratęsiama.
2. Teisė atsisakyti (ES vartotojams)
Per 14 dienų galite atsisakyti skaitmeninio turinio ar paslaugų pirkimo. Jei paprašote prieigą suteikti iš karto ir patvirtinate, kad visiškai suteikus prieigą prarandate atsisakymo teisę, ji gali nebūti taikoma jau panaudotam laikotarpiui, kaip leidžia ES vartotojų teisė.
3. Pinigų grąžinimas
Jei Paslauga dėl mūsų kaltės neveikia taip, kaip aprašyta, per 14 dienų parašykite [kontaktinis el. paštas] – sutvarkysime arba proporcingai grąžinsime pinigus. Prekybos rezultatai niekada nėra pagrindas grąžinti pinigus – Paslauga nėra finansinė konsultacija.
4. Prieigos kodai
Nemokami ar akcijos kodai neturi piniginės vertės ir negrąžinami.
